The original and remake are so different that it's hard to say which one is better or worse, honestly! More of the coven politics would've been great, I enjoyed the scenes of them puttering around in the kitchen telepathically bitching about each other. And the eldritch goddess element was a very cool addition! Like I said with Baby Driver, I love characters who seem innocent and helpless actually being extremely powerful and competent.
