I love villains who think they're the hero, and it would be fun to pair him with heroes and villains across the MCU. It would also be fun to see the Dora Milaje deal with him :) I'm also very into the scarification, either someone exploring the scars or Erik getting new ones to symbolize a change in allegiance.

I love that people naturally follow him, and how good he is at bringing people together for a cause. He's also very pretty being tortured and morally conflicted, and I love the hints of inner darkness we get.

Give my lonely desert scavenger a person! Or multiple people. I really warmed up to Rey in the last 1.5 movies, and I love watching the fight between her inner darkness and her inherent goodness and bravery. I love how easily she opens herself up to people, whether that's the resistance friends she just met or the sad Sith dude who just tried to kill her. She throws herself headfirst into the resistance fight and Jedi training, and she's kind and welcoming to everyone she meets. I'm also totally on board with Dark Rey/anyone, whether that's helpless resistance victims or power struggles with other baddies (or other baddies who eagerly submit to the Dark Empress).

I love his specific flavor of evil bastardry that starts with oppression and feeling downtrodden by society, then morphs into a bizarre god complex and unchecked appetite for violence. I love him perpetrating nastiness on other characters, or other characters perpetrating nastiness on him, or the strange forms of affection he manages to foster. I love his class issues and sexuality issues and weird philosophizing on religion and empire. I love watching him get flogged (maybe somebody else enjoyed watching?). I love that he's a canon confirmed tiny top (although I'm open to him being a vers who's pleasing his boyfriend), and I love seeing his fucked up ideas about sex and power explored through kinky sex or noncon/dubcon.
Goodsir: such a good sir! I love how curious and brave and intelligent he is, and how he's mistreated and held down by his superiors without being a doormat. I love his thirst for knowledge, and seeing that thirst get him into trouble is fun. I love how he tries to help everyone he interacts with, and how he's the only one willing to stand up to some of the canon bullies. I'd like to see him stoically suffering through something terrible, or finally getting something nice and taking advantage of it.
Tozer: big sad bear led astray by misplaced loyalty! I love his boyish enthusiasm for the other marines and his deep, tragic devotion to Heather. I love how his sense of himself as the top of a particular food chain (ha) slowly devolves into him being Hickey's lapdog. He's both unfailingly loyal and extremely cynical about the power structures at play, and that's such a fun combo. I have a special love for subby Tozier, but I'm open to other dynamics if there's one you want to play with.

I love how his dismissive pet names become genuinely affectionate partway through the series--one of my favorite moments in the books is when he holds Katniss to comfort her after she finds out about Peeta, because he loves Peeta too. Haymitch is just so guarded and yet so full of love for the people who matter. He's also a contradiction in priorities, putting up so many walls and then gradually dismantling them.
I'd like to see him interacting with anybody in the cast, or maybe a pre-canon story about his youth or his experiences in the games, perhaps a story with one of his many doomed mentees. Put him through something terrible or finally give him something nice.
