darkrosaleenThis is about fifty percent Raven Cycle and fifty percent everything else, so I split it in half. I think all the Raven Cycle ones have spoilers for Blue Lily Lily Blue.
The Raven Cycle:
A Strange, Wild Kingdom, Adam Parrish/Ronan Lynch
This is everything I want from RC longfic, and I don't know why it isn't the breakout hit. Pitch perfect voice, characterization, sexual tension, and Cabeswater being seriously creepy.
In Your Dreams, Adam Parrish/Ronan Lynch
My love for subby Ronan is almost rivaled by my love for toppy Adam. Short and hot.
For a body in the garden, Adam Parrish/Ronan Lynch
Another deliciously spooky one where Cabeswater interferes in people's sex lives.
As certain dark things are loved, Richard Gansey III/Ronan Lynch
Speaking of subby Ronan: it will come as no surprise to anyone that I love this, but it really hits those characterization details that make d/s fic really sing for me. Mmm, wild Gansey.
too much to believe (too much to deny), Richard Gansey III/Blue Sargent
And from Madness, a great soulbonding AU that focuses on Gansey and his feelings for the rest of them. Being one of Gansey's things has never sounded sweeter.
Attack the Block:
A Flag That Bears the Name, Moses, Pest, Biggz, Sam
Funny and moving and the perfect afterword to the movie. Great character piece of Moses, too.
The Bacchae:
Agave in Illyria, Agave, Semele
Do yourself a favor and read this one out loud. The language sings, and it definitely brings the horror of the play.
Baseball RPF:
The Papers Want To Know (Whose Shirts You Wear), Anthony Rendon, Adam LaRoche, Bryce Harper, Jayson Werth
It's about baseball on Mars, and it made me tear up. One for the long, cold offseason.
Goon:
a special light, Xavier LaFlamme/Doug Glatt
Xavier gets his head out of his ass and decides to woo Doug. Hilarious and sweet.
